Delivery & Returns Policy

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is usually made within 3 - 5 working days of your order being placed.  Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm , Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday morning.


UK standard delivery is £3.95.

We are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Standard delivery is free on fashion orders over £60.

Please note, these charges may vary from time to time with promotional activity.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Next day delivery is £5.95 and we will deliver the following day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays to UK mainland addresses providing that the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until Monday morning, then the selected delivery option will apply.

Orders placed with next day delivery option before 2pm on Friday will arrive Monday. Orders placed for next day delivery after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday morning and arrive Tuesday.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Saturday delivery is £11.95

Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered next day for £11.95 or within 3 - 5 days if standard delivery selected.

RETURNS

FAULTY GOODS

It is highly unlikely that any of our products will be faulty but if in the rare event that the goods are, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order, so we can help to resolve the issue, and maintain customer satisfaction. Having informed us by email at info@fashionbom.com within the specified time, we will take action on your query.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us within 14 days.

It is your responsibility to advise us in writing if you require replacement goods, or a refund by filling in the exchange/refund/return slip received with your order.

If we agree that your item is substandard then a refund for the returned faulty goods will be made within 14 days after inspection. Replacement goods will be sent immediately after inspection of the returned goods. Any items that are make up soiled, smelling of perfume or washing powder or appear to have been worn will not be accepted.

A postage refund for returned faulty goods will require a postage receipt, returned with the product.

Any complaints must be made within the specified timescales.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If you wish to return unwanted items that either don't fit or don't suit then you must inform us by email at info@fashionbom.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Goods must be returned undamaged, unworn and in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging within 14 days of your order.

Any items with labels removed or tampered with will not be accepted. Any items that are make up soiled, smelling of perfume or washing powder or appear to have been worn will not be accepted. Earrings, belly bars and items with hygiene seals removed cannot be accepted for return.

Any returned goods are returned at your own cost and risk. A refund for returned un-damaged goods, minus original delivery costs, will be made within 14 days after inspection of the goods.

If you require alternative goods, it is your responsibility to advise us on your requirements.
A postage refund for returned faulty goods will require a postage receipt, returned with the product.

This returns policy does not apply to the returning of unwanted goods that have been specially produced in design, colour or bespoke in any way, a separate contract applies in this case. Bespoke customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns will not be accepted on jewellery at all.

Please send all goods you are returning back to this address with the original invoice and mention what is wrong with the garment/what size/colour you want to change it to:
